Social Networking Sites
Out of all of the social networking tools, I predominantly use YouTube in my lessons.
It has a lot of uses in the classroom:
• context setting
• highlighting a language point
• lesson based on a given clip
• break-in during the lesson
• illustrating the story
• etc.
The advantages are substantial. Not only do YouTube clips bring an element of fun, they are also often more visually engaging than just pictures. Also, there are a lot of resources that can be recommended to students for self-study. Frankly, I can't remember what it was like before YouTube was available!

E-Learning
Hello.
My name is Jolanta and I'm an ESOL, EFL, Literacy and Pre-GCSE teacher based at Hammersmith and Ealing.
I wanted to do the E-teaching course as I would like to get fresh ideas, easy to make ICT resources to use in my classrooms. Hope it will be fun!
Now you can listen to one of my favourite songs... :)
